Customer Service Account Manager
Are you ready to join a stable, growing company offering long-term opportunity? The customer service account manager is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and coordinating internal resources to meet customer needs. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts while supporting sales, operations and finance teams.
Responsibilities:
● Serve as the main liaison between the company and assigned customer accounts
● Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
● Understand customer requirements and align them with company capabilities
● Monitor account activity and identify opportunities for growth
● Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, or invoicing concerns
● Escalate complex issues when necessary and follow through to resolution
● Maintain clear documentation of issues and outcomes
Requirements:
● High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
● 2+ years of customer service, account management, or related experience
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel)
● Experience with ERP/order management systems preferred
● Must be able to work in-office in Ruleville, MS
